MOONSTEIN.

a dance and art company directed by french choreographer Doriane Dubost Dessertine in collaboration with Libby Ward, Brandon Lagaert and Felix Machtelinckx. By mingling their essences and imagination, they challenge timeless and fundamental topics through dance rituals and memorable experiences. With a slow and filmic touch, Moonstein offers a mesmerizing and mysterious world lulled by characteristic choreographic scores.

Every chapter of their story awakens singular characters and ancestral rites, to bridge and to quest the present loss of faith and cults.

They are based in Antwerp (be) where they collaborate with artist Michel Vaerewijck and fashion designer Veronique Branquinho and where they have been supported by M HKA, De Warande, Zomer van Antwerpen, De Studio, CC de Werft and the Flemish Government for residencies, exhibitions and live performances.
